Busy, Busy, Busy

Hello guys! So sorry that the updates have be slim but things have been so busy with school, work, and LIFE! What's new though!? I think I have irons in every fire there is! ha.

So here is my attempt on summarizing what has been going on in mine and Jade's life over the last couple of months/weeks.

• We FINALLY painted our kitchen! After being homeowners for nearly 10 months, we finally got down to the nitty gritty and painted our little kitchen yellow. It kinda looks like butter on the walls to be honest, but hey if you're going to have "butter walls' where else would you want them than in the kitchen!

• We have finally got everything out of boxes from me moving in and all kinds of neat stuff hung up! It actually looks like someone lives in our house, day in and day out!

• We went through a rather traumatic death of a puppy that we had bought and fallen completely in love with name Willy. Long story short, we bought him off of Craigslist from a person that was selling sick puppies. Sick, like parvo sick! Even though it might sound silly for only having him a little while, our hearts were really broken. (Like thrown on the ground, trampled on, and squished like a bug)

Really? Like have you seen something so cute?

• To mend our broken hearts, we got another puppy, Polly. (After completely disinfecting our home to make sure the parvo was gone.) Let me just say, she gives Willy a run for his money on cuteness! :)

She is a CKC registered miniature dachshund and just as feisty and she is cute!

• And we got her sister too! ha! My boss had bought it for her nephew and things didn't work out with her, so we adopted her and have her just as spoiled rotten as Miss Polly! Meet Miss Pearl!

Yes, we are nuts! On top of everything else going on in our lives, we decided we would add two puppies to the mix!

 

• We got our wedding pictures back! Let me start by saying this, if you are getting married just go with Will Flowers. Don't ask yourself any more questions or look at any other photogs FB page, website, portfolio, ANYTHING! He really and truly is the best of the best! When we first saw our pictures, I am not kidding you, I did the ugly cry for a solid 45 minutes. What he was able to capture way more than I could of ever imagined and I will NEVER be able to thank him enough.  If you didn't see them on FB, here are a few!

• For my birthday, Jade took us to one of the coolest little hidden treasures of Alabama, Blue Springs Manor Bed and Breakfast! It was so good for both of us to just get out town and enjoy each others company! We visited Morgan Creek Winery (which was so stinkin pretty), ate at a little hole in the wall BBQ joint that was delish and just explored the town with no plan at all! 

At the moment,  I think that is a pretty good run through of what's been going on! Forgive all the grammatical mistakes and misspelling! I'm waiting to go to class and decided to post really quick!
